Reign XXIII

Emperor: Chris Beck

Proclamation: Newly crowned Emperor will have the option of choosing between the traditional state shoulder crown or a state head crown. Shoulder crown will be used in crowning new emperor and to celebrate our past.

Empress: Shy Anne

Proclamation: Creation of “The Fire and Ice Ball” in memory of his beloved parents. Will be hosted by the current reigning monarchs, each summer and will benefit Legacy Community Health Services; if they are the reign charities then they can choose a different 501(c)3 charity for the event.

Reign XXIV

Emperor: Bob Skinner

Proclamation: Creation of the “Golden Eagle Award” which will be presented annually by the Reigning Emperor to an individual, organization or business he feels has been there and supported him personally throughout his reign, through the bad times and the bad times.

Empress: Kimberly Anne O’Neil

Proclamation: Establish the Kimberly Anne O’Neil “Believe in a Dream” Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will be awarded to a student(s) who volunteer their time to promote the welfare of the Houston GLBT Community, excel in academics, and participate in extra curricular activities.

Reign XXV

Emperor: JP Gill

Proclamation: Establish the “Spirit of the Single Star” Award. To be given to a past Monarch of ERSICSS who has shown outstanding support, help and assistance to the Monarchs and the Reign.

Empress: Marcia Mink Anne Gill

Proclamation: The Dowager Monarchs will assume the responsibility for marketing and promoting ERSICSS during the Reign following their step-down. They can handle this responsibility by themselves or with the assistance of a committee comprised of ERSICSS members.

Reign XXVI

Emperor: Falcon

Proclamation: Established the” Emperor Falcon’s “The Brilliance of the Single Star: Member of the Year” Award”. An award voted by the peers of the court to honor one member that exemplifies the standards of being a member of ERSICSS

Empress: Sheri Anne Bouton

Proclamation: Established “The Blue Dolphin Dedication, Devotion, and Distinction Award”. To be given to honor a Woman in the Houston Community who exemplifies care and concern by Aiding, Assisting and giving Service and Support to our Court, Community, and our Causes.
