Show order will be reigning monarchs, then all other out of town guests, as music is turned in, as time permits. In the interest of time, music will be faded once the tipping has stopped and for those that choose to be divas and not take their money until later in their number.
The show will be followed by our bus tour to the clubs that have played host to and supported ERSICSS throughout the reign. Your hosts for the bus tour will be our candidates for Emperor, Empress, and/or Emprex.

Please keep in mind that for the comfort of all of our coronation guests, we ask that no bare chests, bare butts or bare breasts be displayed at any time during the evening. Also, no confetti, open flames, live animals or coronation fliers will be allowed in the ballroom on Saturday night. Please feel free to place your coronation/event fliers in our hospitality suites and at the Victory Brunch on Sunday morning.

Once again, ERSICSS will have a vendor market outside the ballrooms on Friday and at the Sam Houston Race Park on Saturday. If you or someone you know of would like to be a vendor, please contact vendors@ersicss.org
Protocol
Houston is proud to announce we will once again be walking our guests according to Princess Protocol. Protocol will be submitted like normal with each court submitting one file with all their members’ protocol listed. Protocol cards will be created and you will hand those cards to the emcee as you enter the ballroom and immediately greet their majesties before taking your seat. We have a hard deadline for protocol this year. All protocol must be submitted electronically no later than Friday January 8th to protocol@ersicss.org.
ERSICSS adheres to the one walk rule with your highest ranking title. Only titles bestowed by Emperor and Empress XLI of Houston, Queen Mother of the Americas Nicole the Great and those titles sanctioned by our late founder, Jose’ I, will be allowed. All other titles will be red-lined as will affiliations with houses and societies except those that have been given directly by our reigning monarchs here in Houston.
There will be no greetings, no regrets or ball announcements. Personal titles/monikers will be limited to reigning monarchs only. Please note that no more than three dynastic names will be allowed. We ask that you use the name that you are customarily introduced with at your own court functions.
As always, ERSICSS reserves the right to edit protocol as necessary and the final decision is that of our Prime Minister of Protocol of ERSICSS.
